At Elliott’s Emporium, we take great care to ensure that every vintage book, antique poster, and historical document arrives safely in your hands. Please review the following shipping policies before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from Des Moines, Iowa.

We carefully package every item using protective materials to safeguard delicate and collectible pieces.

Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

​

Elliott’s Emporium ships worldwide to any location that allows delivery of books, posters, or printed materials. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, VAT, or customs fees charged by their country. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping charges at checkout.

Packaging & Care

​

Vintage and antique items are fragile and irreplaceable. All shipments are packed with archival-quality sleeves, boards, or protective tubes when appropriate. Posters are shipped rolled in sturdy mailing tubes unless otherwise requested.

Shipping Costs

​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. Additional insurance can be requested at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

​

Once an order has left our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with filing a claim and provide next steps.
